The Non-Chemical Sunblock
This sunblock is the first glycolic acid resurfacing agent that is combined with a totally non-chemical sun blocking agent. Facial Lotion SPF 15 is formulated using highly micronized titanium dioxide and the identical percentage of glycolic acid as contained in Jan Marini’s regular Facial lotion. Titanuim Dioxide is what is known as a “physical block,” meaning that unlike chemical agents, it deflects the sun’s UV rays before they can penetrate the skin. Because of titanium dioxide’s superior ability to give total protection, it has broad spectrum blocking capabilities that include UVB, UVA, UVC and infrared rays.

Facial Lotion SPF 15 provides excellent protection for all skin types, especially those who have sensitivities to chemical sunscreens. As with Jan Marini’s regular Facial Lotion, they have incorprated their unique Phytoamine Biocomplex along with hyaluronic acid in order to significalntly augment the skin’s hydration level. Facial Lotion SPF15 does not feel greasy or heavy, but leaves the skin with a silky, smooth appearing texture. Bioglycolic Facial Lotion SPF 15 significantly lessens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
