Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
A: Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This button can be found on any item's details page, underneath the price information. This is the beginning of the ordering process.

Q: How do I change/add the quantity of items in my shoping cart?
A: If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to press Enter to confirm any changes.

Q: How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
A: If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top right hand side of the website to view your cart. The shopping cart page will load revealing the contents of your shopping cart. Click "empty cart" at the bottom right below the checkout and continue shopping buttons.

Q: Is my credit card protected?
A: All online transactions at Skintique are handled with 528-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in a scrambled form, then decoded when we receive it. Skintique utilizes a state-of-the-art credit card verification system to minimize credit card fraud by unauthorized users. For this reason we require that the billing address be entered on your order. (This is the address where the credit card bill is sent.) We may also contact you by phone or email for the security code on back of your credit card. This is for fraud protection, to insure that the card is in the possession of the person placing the order. If the address and code do not match correctly, the order will not process and will be declined by the credit card company. Credit card numbers are not retained in our system once the order is sent. All information is strictly confidential and is not shared or traded with other companies. Please be sure to include accurate information to avoid processing delays. Q: What is Skintique's return policy?
A: Skintique offers only the highest quality products in skincare. Our commitment to customer service offers the following return policy: If for any reason, our products do not meet your highest expectations, we will gladly accept your returns for credit or exchange, except where noted on a specific product page (i.e. GloMineral makeup and brushes and Skintique Ultra Sensitive line). Returns for all other items must adhere to the following policies:

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Obtain return authorization. All returns require prior authorization, or they will not be accepted. Before returning any items, please contact customer service at 415.924.0865, or email us at skintique@pacbell.net to obtain a return authorization number. Return acceptance is at the discrestion of Skintique.com.
3. Approved returns must be in their original packaging, more than 1/2 full and in good condition.
4. Items should be returned via insured mail within 30 days of purchase with return number written on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Items must be received in good condition, or shipment will not be accepted.
5. Credit will be issued for the returned product, less shipping and handling. We do not reimburse Customs fees/duties on returned products from international shipments.
6. Please include the following when making a return: A copy of your invoice, reason for return, credit card number and expiration date so that we may properly credit the return. Please insure your return so that the product arrives safely.

Q: What if my product was damaged during shipping?
A: If you receive your order from us and it has been damaged during shipping, please report it to us immediately at 415.924.0865, or by emailing info@skintique.com so that replacement can be made. Please retain the damaged product(s) and packaging as return, at our expense may be necessary.

Q: How are domestic orders shipped?
A: Orders received Monday thru Friday before noon (PST) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

We ship via UPS and offer a variety of options:
• Ground (5-10 business days)
• 3-Day Select (guaranteed 3 business days)
• Next Day Air (next day by 7 p.m.)

Example: If an item is shipped on Monday via 3-Day Select, it will arrive by Thursday (three business days after it is shipped). Weekends and holidays are not included.

Domestic orders shipped via USPS are sent Priority Mail Insured with Delivery Confirmation to P.O. boxes, Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Exceptions
UPS services are only available withing the continental U.S. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and P.O. boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: How are international orders shipped?
A: All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express Insured. In most cases, parcels arrive at their destination in 2-5 business days unless delayed in customs. Skintique is not responsible for shipments retained in customs or customs fees or duties. When placing an international order, be sure to select the International Shipping option, or the order will be delayed as we must contact you for verification.
