 Skintique offers only the highest quality products in skincare. Our commitment to customer service offers the following return policy: If for any reason, our products do not meet your highest expectations, we will gladly accept your returns for credit or exchange, except where noted on a specific product page (i.e. GloMineral makeup and brushes and Skintique Ultra Sensitive line). Returns for all other items must adhere to the following policies:
1. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Obtain return authorization. All returns require prior authorization, or they will not be accepted. Before returning any items, please contact customer service at 415.924.0865, or email us at skintique@pacbell.net to obtain a return authorization number. Return acceptance is at the discrestion of Skintique.com.
3. Approved returns must be in their original packaging, more than 1/2 full and in good condition.
4. Items should be returned via insured mail within 30 days of purchase with return number written on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Items must be received in good condition, or shipment will not be accepted.
5. Credit will be issued for the returned product, less shipping and handling. We do not reimburse Customs fees/duties on returned products from international shipments.
6. Please include the following when making a return: A copy of your invoice, reason for return, credit card number and expiration date so that we may properly credit the return. Please insure your return so that the product arrives safely.
